Entry Level Technical Writer/Customer Support Rep – Canton, Ohio – JOB #4887
Salary Range: $38K to $42K Permanent Position with Benefits.
A growing manufacturer of plastic goods is seeking an entry level Customer Support Representative/Technical Writer for their team. This is a growth potential position with a company dedicated to building and sustaining a friendly, team oriented environment. This role requires an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who can assimilate and share technical information with existing and prospective customers.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Generation of brochures, data sheets, other technical documentation
Maintain company website/social media content and develop FAQ database tool
Organize and attend trade shows
Interact with customers, company sales associates, and technical personnel
Work in conjunction with company engineering/sales team members to address customer problems
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree in business or technical discipline
Experience with desktop publishing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Well-developed communication skills
Out-going personality and ability to professionally represent the firm
Ability to read and interpret charts, graphs, other technical documentation
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
Salary Range: $38K to $42K Permanent Position with Benefits.
