Looking for a writer/editor/project manager to work part time on a project from October through mid January. The project is exploring the trends and future directions of an approach to primary care, the Community Centered Health Home, particularly within Community Health Centers. Tasks will include: develop an annotated web-based collection of materials on the topic, contribute to development of scenarios, take part in a two-day workshop November 30 and December 1 (must be available to travel November 29 – December 1), summarize workshop results in draft meeting report, apply basic formatting to draft meeting report, incorporate feedback and finalize meeting report. Up to $7500.
